Who I AM

My name is Amelia Schmit and I am a senior at Columbia Secondary School of Math, Science and Engineering in Harlem. In the future I hope to work in a research lab. My favorite subjects are chemistry and philosophy so maybe I can find a field that incorporates aspects of both. In my free time I read a lot of (mostly) nonfiction, play rugby, and occasionally keep a journal. This website will primarily demonstrate my accomplishments in the Engineers of the Next Generation summer 2020 program at Columbia University.
